Information we collect

We collect account details from Google or GitHub sign-in, workspace metadata, billing metadata from Stripe, datasource connection details you submit, conversation content, and model configuration settings required to operate the service.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate users, manage workspaces, enforce plan limits, route billing events, and process analytics requests. Datasource credentials and BYOK model credentials are used only to perform requests you initiate.

Third-party processors

Payments are processed by Stripe. Authentication data is provided by Google or GitHub. If you choose platform-hosted models, your prompts and metadata may be processed by our configured model provider. If you choose BYOK, requests are sent to the endpoint you configure.

Retention and security

We retain account, workspace, conversation, and billing records for service operation and compliance. You are responsible for ensuring that the database connections and model credentials you store are authorized for your use case.

Cookies and sessions

We use session cookies and related storage to keep you signed in and to protect access to `/dashboard` routes and APIs.
