Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of DataWowsight, a service operated by Tiny Echo Limited, hi@datawowsight.com, 324 S Diamond Bar Blvd, Unit Num 717 Diamond Bar, CA 91765, United States.

Service scope

DataWowsight provides read-only database analytics workflows, workspace collaboration, and optional model routing via your own API configuration or platform-provided model services on eligible paid plans.

Account and workspace responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide through Google or GitHub, for all actions taken inside your workspace, and for the credentials you configure for databases and third-party model providers.

Billing and subscription

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Plan limits apply to databases and collaborators. If a subscription is canceled or becomes past due, paid capabilities may be restricted or downgraded to the free plan while existing data remains available on a read-only basis where applicable.

BYOK and platform models

When you use BYOK, you remain responsible for your provider relationship and usage costs. When you use platform models, we may route requests through a platform provider selected by DataWowsight. We do not guarantee output accuracy and you must review all generated SQL and analysis results before relying on them.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Tiny Echo Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on generated analytics output.
